Features include:

▸Heart rate monitoring with a red flashing heart for extremes.

Important: If you set your mobile phone's default language to English USA, the watch will display miles. For ALL other languages (e.g., English UK), it will show kilometers. Steps display swaps every 2 seconds between step count , distance covered in miles or kilometers (depending on the selected language) and Calories burned. You can set your step target using the health app.
