Application for Complaints & Aspirations of the National Workers Union (SPN). This system aims to: make it easier for SPN trade union members and non-members to easily convey their complaints and aspirations, increase SPN responsiveness in responding to every complaint or aspiration submitted, ensure appropriate and effective solutions, and improve the quality of SPN trade union services
