The My Piedmont mobile app is a secure and easy way to access your health insurance information, whenever and wherever you need it.

Once registered, individuals and covered family members can:
· View ID cards.
· Find doctors and medical facilities.
· Access claims information.
· Access coverage and benefit details.
· Contact Piedmont.

Note: You must be a Piedmont Community Health Plan member to use the features of the mobile app.
