Simple mobile time tracking
Home office, hybrid workplaces, co-working spaces, or business trips: Using gfos.App, time tracking is possible anywhere and at any time to ideally support flexible working models. If locations are also important for your time recording, the tracking of GPS coordinates can be activated so that those responsible can keep track of things. The data is then automatically synchronized with the gfos software. The latest entries are displayed at any time via the presence status. Do you want to evaluate the time bookings separately via the app? For this purpose, gfos.App can be assigned its own terminal number.

Available with gfos 4.8plus: Clear project time recording
Using the project time tracking widget, you can record, create, or edit your projects on the go. Easily enter information about the individual tasks or projects with the comment function: This way you make important details available to your colleagues regardless of location and strengthen your teams’ communication.

Convenient calendar function
Profit from the clear display of pending absences, vacation days, home office phases, and more. You can find a lot of data relevant for planning in the calendar. Furthermore, you can request a new absence directly in the calendar. Available with gfos 4.8plus: gfos.App also displays planned shifts, details of your individually tracked working hours, and norm deviations.

Mobile application requests & vacation planning
Your digital request forms are processed even faster now, as applications can be easily submitted and approved on your smartphone. Using gfos.App, you can request or cancel applications for leave, (paid) special leave, business trips, home office, and other absences. Supervisors can approve or deny applications on the go at any time. Available with gfos 4.8plus: Further posting keys can be added if entries are missing. In addition, applications for seminars can also be processed.

Quick functions as QR codes
Using QR codes, you can simplify various processes such as the setup or time tracking. Thus, you can eliminate the costly purchase of terminals.

Push notifications & availability requests
gfos.App automatically informs you, e.g. when there is a new application or the status of the submitted applications has changed. Available with gfos 4.8plus: Your employees receive availability requests for new shifts as part of the employee scheduling module (shift doodle) directly on their smartphones to check and approve or reject them. Thereafter, planners get automatic feedback so that their planning processes are further simplified and digitalized.
