Velasquez Fitness & Nutrition is a brand that was created out of different adaptation processes the creator (Sebastian Velasquez) had to go through.

Having to live with that, fitness was a tool that help me overcome said processes.

Fitness is a great resource to get better health physically, but also and as important as physical health, mentally. Velasquez Fitness & Nutrition wants to bring something different to the fitness industry, Making people accountable by showing up to work for their physical goals, but also knowing that there is a mental part of every individual that some times is not at 100%, and letting them know that there will be no judging, just support from their coach.

I decided to educate myself in this industry to be a part a positive changes to any individual that wants to do so. To help them get better physically, mentally, and also spiritually.
