Oz Ensemble is a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Health which will accompany you in your approach to stop drinking or reduce your alcohol consumption.
Even low alcohol consumption can have serious consequences for your health and well-being, even if you do not become dependent on alcohol.
Today more than 5 million French people suffer from an addiction to alcohol, which makes it the second cause of preventable death after tobacco.

With the Oz Ensemble app, learn how to moderate your alcohol consumption on your own. Oz Ensemble can also help you wean yourself off your alcohol consumption if that is your goal.

The application allows you to assess your situation and your level of risk thanks to reliable personalized tests and assessments made available free of charge.

▶︎ Set your goals and measure your gains over time.
The application allows you to set goals and track your reduction in alcohol consumption thanks to a consumption diary. Over time, also discover your savings in euros and the calories avoided.

▶︎ Perform stimulating activities.
The application offers exercises to be carried out independently to increase your motivation to change your habits and help you stop drinking or reduce your consumption.

▶︎ Find relevant tips.
In this application, you will find steps to follow, advice and specific scientifically validated information to support you. These articles are developed by professionals from the Oz Ensemble team to teach you how to manage difficult situations and help you meet your goals to reduce your consumption or say stop to alcohol.

If you need more help, do not hesitate to consult our health professionals free of charge and anonymously by video. You will be able to make an appointment remotely with an addiction professional from the Oz Ensemble team: doctor, psychologist or social worker.

Oz Ensemble is the application you need to reduce your consumption or even say stop to alcohol gradually and thus find a more balanced life.
Reducing or stopping alcohol can provide many physical and mental health benefits such as increased energy, improved quality of sleep, digestion, skin quality, relationships and personal life.
Free, anonymous and without creating an account, the Oz Ensemble application is a public service developed by ARS Île-de-France and the CaPASSCite association. It was co-constructed with users and healthcare professionals. This project is incubated in the Digital Factory attached to the Social Ministries.

This application is a beta version, being improved thanks to your user feedback and your suggestions.
