THE ESCOLA APP OFFERS THESE FUNCTIONS:
► Easy communication between the school, parents, and students: Send important information and messages from the school to classes, work groups, or individuals easily via smartphone or web portal.

► Track the status of sent messages: See immediately who has read the messages.

► Recording absences: Parents can record, confirm and comment on absences. Pupils see their absences in a practical overview.

► Share important reminders: With the Escola agenda, you have all reminders under control and can release them specifically, e.g. classes, working groups, teachers or parents.

► Informative class overview: See all the teachers in the class at a glance.

► Homework and exam dates at a glance: Pupils can view their homework, download files or watch videos. Homework can be marked as done. Parents also have access to their children's homework.

► View & confirm dossier entries and grades: Parents can read and acknowledge dossier entries about their own children, as well as the grades of the current learning tests. This module is not approved for every school.

► Share important news on the pinboard: from lost objects to looking for helpers at school events to the absence of teachers. Share relevant school information with the whole school, classes, parents or individuals.

► Easily make files available to students: Teachers can share documents such as images, PDF or Word files with their class or work group. Parents can also see the shared files.

► School offers such as after-school care, lunch or school bus: Parents have a practical weekly overview of the school offers their children have booked and can cancel them. Supervisors see their offers in the day view and can see the attendance and all relevant details of the students.

► Other great app features: video chat, time recording for teachers, person search, timetables for teachers, parents, students, checklists and much more.

► Don't miss anything: Turn on push notifications and e-mail notifications so you don't miss a message from your school.

► The app is free for everyone involved. However, your school must use Escola and have the app feature enabled for you to use the app.

► Only your school can provide you with the login data for the app.

► Certain modules can be deactivated by schools; This means that individual functions may not be available at your school.
