"With the Süwag2Go Charge App you have quick and uncomplicated access to the nationwide charging infrastructure for e-vehicles. Wherever you are, you will find the right charging station in your area on the overview map as well as information on the current availability of the stations. The app navigates You also take the shortest route to the charging station of your choice, and you can start the charging process easily via your app.

IT'S SO EASY TO USE THE APP:
Open the overview map and use the GPS location detection to find all charging stations in your area as well as relevant information about the respective station in a few seconds.

With the help of various filters you can also set which types of charging stations (e.g. AC or DC or alternating current or direct current) are to be displayed.

All charging processes are saved in your Süwag2GO Charge App. You can also mark favorites that you want to use regularly and check their availability while you are driving.



IT'S SO EASY TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE:
With the Süwag2Go Charge App you can activate all charging stations that are connected via roaming. As soon as your vehicle is connected to the charging station, you can activate the charging process via the app and, in addition to location information, you will also receive information on the currently applicable usage fees.


IT'S SO EASY TO MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT:
After downloading the app, you can easily register and create your personal user account. Here you can view and manage your personal data and billing information at any time. Billing takes place via a SEPA direct debit mandate. After one month you will receive a collective invoice that you can call up in the app.

MALFUNCTIONS AT THE CHARGING STATION:
If something does not work at a charging station, we recommend calling the fault hotline at the charging station first.

While using the Süwag2GO Charge App, you will sometimes receive emails / notifications from our IT system / backend "Chargecloud". We use this for the operation and billing of the charging infrastructure. The IT system and our Süwag2GO Charge App are provided by Chargecloud GmbH. "
