Mahabhumi - Maharashtra Land Record(https://mahabhumi.gov.in/mahabhumilink) is a digital portal for land records launched by the Revenue Council of Government of ‎MahaBhulekh. Before the introduction of ‎MahaBhulekh, all the task related to the record of land such as Khatauni system, ‎View Patta / Chitta , eServices, etc. were done recording manually on papers. But now Maharashtra Government has computerized all the land record activities in the state. This helps in keeping the account/ record of a land. It includes all the description of a land, its owner and other information in detail. It has been implemented in all the districts of the state.

७/१२ व ८अ चा उतारा म्हणजे काय?
सातबारा उतारा म्हणजे जमिनीचा एक प्रकारचा आरसाचं. सातबारा हा उतारा वाचून प्रत्यक्ष जमिनीवर न जाता, त्या जमिनीचा संपूर्ण अंदाज आपल्याला बसल्या जागी मिळू शकतो. सातबारा उताऱ्यामध्ये जमिनीची मालकी, त्या जमिनीवरील पिके, एकूण क्षेत्र, कर्ज अशा अनेक गोष्टींचा समावेश असतो. या सर्वाची माहिती सातबारा उताऱ्यामध्ये असते.
८अ चा उतारा म्हणजे आपल्या नावावर एकूण कोणकोणत्या गटातील किती जमीन आहे हे दर्शविणारा गाव दप्तरातील नमुना होय. ८अ मधे एका व्यक्तिच्या नावावर असलेले सगळे गट नंबर येतात. थोडक्यात ती एक खातेवहीच आहे.

७/१२ व ८अ उतारा काय दर्शवितो?
प्रत्येक जमिनधारकास स्वत:कडे असलेली जमिन किती व कोणती हे ७/१२ (सातबारा) उतार्यावरून कळू शकते. गाव नमुना ७ हे अधिकारपत्रक आहे व गाव नमुना १२ हे पीकपाहणी पत्रक आहे.
नमुना नंबर ८ म्हणजे एकूण जमिनीचा दाखला या मध्ये अर्जदाराच्या नावावर असलेली त्या विभागातील (तलाठी सज्जा) मधील जमिनीचे एकूण क्षेत्र याची यादी असते.
