Diabetic Book

This is a simple diary for diabetics. You can write your medical data and send it to your doctor in an Excel file. Your glucose, carbohydrate units, insulin and your note.

No registration or Internet access is required to use the application.

Please use the settings to create a convenient Excel file.
Create column names.
Choose style of the table, change headers and background for lines.
Choose a convenient date format.

You can edit or delete the old note.

Don't forget about calendar in this app :) because you can select a secret period of time for report to your doctor. Only you and your doctor can see your medical data!
